Banana Brulee

We've come to realize that a lot of our creations come from laziness. We run to the store enough as it is, so we throw a lot of things together using what we have already in our kitchen.

This one is a dessert that we threw together the other night.

Here's what you need:
1 banana/person
brown sugar
dollop of light whipped cream
brulee torch

Here's what you do:
Cut the bananas in half lengthwise, removing any bad spots. Spread them out on a cookie sheet.

Sprinkle some brown sugar over the top.

And light it on fire! Alright, not exactly on fire. You want to melt the sugar so that it creates a shell over the top of the banana.

Top with whipped cream.

Enjoy!
